The Role

We’re looking for a mission-driven CEO to lead early growth and land our first clients. You’ll shape the go-to-market strategy, build relationships with investors and partners, and guide product fit with pilot users.

This is a CEO (Founder Role) based in Stockholm, Sweden, operating within Fintech / Blockchain / Digital Assets sectors.

The Role

We’re seeking a mission-driven CEO to lead early growth, secure initial clients, and shape our market approach. This founder-level role offers minimal salary but a strong equity upside.

You Should Have:

• Experience as a fintech/startup founder or early executive
• Deep knowledge of tokenization, custody, or blockchain infrastructure
• A network in venture capital, finance, or asset management
• Hustle, storytelling skills, and strong founder energy

About Us:

dserv.io is a fintech startup building tokenization-as-a-service infrastructure for small to mid-sized investment firms. We help firms tokenize assets, manage investor deposits, and enable compliant digital transactions—built with MiCA regulation in mind.
